Cure For Ear Ringing
Ringing in the ears is one troublesome condition affecting millions around the world – a rough estimate of more than 36 million. Out of this number about seven million is thought to have symptoms severe enough to restrict people in their daily living.
International associations like the American Tinnitus Association have been put up to assist patients who have tinnitus. It has cited several treatments for tinnitus but does not recommend one.
A cure for ear ringing may involve one or more of the following procedures:
Alternative remedies – There is a significant correlation between tinnitus and nutrient deficiency. This is why alternative treatment methods include supplements of magnesium and zinc as well as of vitamins like B12. Herbal tinnitus remedies such as our 2 step tinnitus relief formula have also become exteremly popular among patients. In relation to going natural, homeopathic remedies have become popular among tinnitus patients, too. Other alternative options include hypnotherapy, use of magnetic devices, acupuncture, and oxygen therapy. Many doctors have challenged the efficacy of these options but growing anecdotal reports somehow gives some positive evidence.
Hearing aids – Patients who suffer from hearing loss are given hearing aids, which work in two ways. One, they amplify external sound to normalize hearing. Two, the amplification of external sound sensation produces a masking effect to the tinnitus. Hearing aids may not necessarily serve as cure for ear ringing but they certainly do help some patients.
Relaxation and Biofeedback – Relaxation brings down stress. This keeps tinnitus from worsening. Biofeedback helps people control autonomic functions of the body through a certain relaxation method. Both methods alleviate stress levels by modifying a patient’s reaction to it. Handling stress better holds back tinnitus, keeping it at bay.
Cognitive behavior therapy – Psychological intervention may be necessary as in the case of TRT in helping patients “hear” their tinnitus to be less threatening. CBT is another counseling therapy directed to modify a sufferer’s emotional response to ear ringing. This goes further than TRT as it targets anxiety and depression that comes with the condition. CBT gains more efficacy with other curative methods like masking.
Cochlear Implants – Electronic devices may be implanted in the ears. Cochlear implants, for instance, emit electrical impulses to the brain. However, these electronic devices may only be prescribed to patients with severe hearing loss.
Tinnitus Masking White noise therapy – People without hearing loss require a masking device instead of a hearing aid. An audiologist can assign an ear masker whose frequency matches those of your tinnitus. Appliances at home like radios, clocks, and electric fans may emit background noise that serves to mask off tinnitus.
Prescription Medication – There is no current medication known to stop tinnitus but anti-anxiety drugs and antidepressants are used to help people cope with the effects of tinnitus. Licodaine, an anesthetic, and gabapentin, an anticonvulsant, have been used to treat tinnitus but the effects vary from patient to patient.
Ask your doctor when trying a cure for ear ringing. That is the most essential advice one should heed.

Dear John,
The tinnitus in my right ear is almost cured. I'm a very critical person especially when it come's to natural medication but this homeopathic remedy really seems to work.
I first bought the cure for ear ringing treatments about 6 weeks ago and some days it comes back.
Although for the last 2 weeks i have been able to do what i want when i want do it.
Together with the treatment I now lead a healthy lifestyle and drink loads of water. I have had to cut back on my milk intake because that seems to trigger it and also stopped drinking tea all-together.
I would like to Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Peter Barnes
