People under stress due to tinnitus and vice versa can simultaneously worsen both if it is not dealt in the right way. Naturally, we discharge stress hormones when we are threatened, worried, anxious or trivialized. It is our body’s innate way of coping up, empowering us to act.
What usually happens when not managed properly, stress piles up and will stay in our system longer. Especially with stress tinnitus, cure has been studied by various medical and alternate treatments aiming on adaptive and calming measures.
There are many sources of stress. Stress can exponentially balloon up when in constant irritation of always hearing ringing, humming, and buzzing noises in your head.
Tinnitus is never experienced without some level of stress being experienced. This is why people having ringing ears always seek ways to manage tension and anxiety cause by these sounds. Tinnitus, although not really as harmless as a disease, can trigger significant changes in the body.
Most people having cases of worsening stress induced tinnitus are those who have occupations like teaching, prison servicing, social working, nursing and doctoring. Stress caused by ringing ears, or any stimulant for that matter, inevitably deteriorates our mental and physical health to which we should be alarmed.
To do a personal stress tinnitus cure, you can follow these suggestions:
Do what you love to do - If you have been busy with work or school, you can take a break and try to go back to your hobby. You can go back tending your garden, doing your craft, reading a book, or meeting with friends you haven’t seen for a time. This way you can divert your attention away from the pressure in your ears.
Cognitive therapy - Identifying what causes tension and what constantly triggers the discomfort in the ears is the first step to this type of therapy. When one has already done this, one can adapt and perhaps change the way one perceives his or her own tinnitus condition.
Get Enough Sleep - When under stress in tinnitus, enough sleep is usually very difficult to achieve. However, there are remedies on how to get to sleep. Masking devices producing white noise and soothing music can assist you in falling asleep. These are supposed to mask off the unwanted noises in your ears and head.
Take vitamins - B complex vitamins are said to have been effective anti stressors. As well as other supplements, they should have a balanced formula to work on maintaining a healthy body and mind.
Exercise - Walking, running and dancing can be good ways to exercise without spending so much on equipment. You can do them in your neighborhood. Exercise maintains good blood circulation that can ease pressure in your ears.

Dear John,
The tinnitus in my right ear is almost cured. I'm a very critical person especially when it come's to natural medication but this homeopathic remedy really seems to work.
I first bought the stress tinnitus remedy about 6 weeks ago and some days it comes back.
Although for the last 2 weeks i have been able to do what i want when i want do it.
Together with the treatment I now lead a healthy lifestyle and drink loads of water. I have had to cut back on my milk intake because that seems to trigger it and also stopped drinking tea all-together.
I would like to Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
